Although the virus has affected many businesses, including ours, we wanted you to know that we’re still processing and shipping your orders. We are working hard to ensure you continue to experience the great customer service that you have enjoyed from Multi Print. To protect the health of our employees, they are working from home until April 7th, so there may be a brief delay in responding to your phone calls.
Our suppliers are up and running and shipping services have NOT been interrupted. So, we expect most orders to be processed and arrive on time. We will keep an eye on the situation and will update you should the situation change.
But, given the number of states that have enacted “stay home” directives, please make sure someone will be available to receive your order when it arrives.
